DFX allows diesel to be blended with various wasted or used oil[i] to deliver more fuel efficiency and environmental benefits. Some of the key highlights are the following:


Repurposing of waste oils as fuel.

Increased horse power, Torque, and fuel mileage. 

Reduced greenhouse gases and particulate matter, less environmental pollution.

MaxiLube


MaxiLube is a game changing antifriction metal treatment additive. Fully commercialized, MaxiLube has been successfully integrated into a number of applications within the automotive, energy and manufacturing sectors. Actual testing and practical application in companies has proved that MaxiLube outperforms all synthetics.

 

When added to any lubricant, MaxiLube provides a significant boost in effectiveness via friction reduction. The integration of MaxiLube provides a cost effective way to increase efficiencies through increased mechanical efficiency and the extended life of critical equipment and components. MaxiLube will make systems more efficient, generating greater profit potential in a cost effective manner.


This application makes up less than 6% of the volume of base lubricant used and has been extensively tested yielding results of 74% decrease in wear with over 10% increase in horsepower and torque per Dyno meter testing performed by Inter Tech Performance of California.

 

In the water dam hydropower generation, water energy loss from wall friction, turbine losses, and mechanical losses between the turbine and generator systems resulting in the inefficiencies. In addition, losses from generator inefficiencies and losses from transformer and other power conditioning also causing the loss of the water energy generated to be extracted as useful mechanical energy. MaxiLube reduces friction at extreme pressure interfaces in mechanical systems hence reduced maintenance while extending the life of the equipment.
