Hairong Gui, Ph.D. MBA, Managing Director

Dr. Gui has lived, worked, and studied in over thirty countries across diverse continents, she cultivated a profound appreciation for varied perspectives. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in System Science & Strategic Finance and an MBA. She holds several intellectual properties, including the book "Extraordinary Synergy," and teaches at universities and institutes. Dr. Gui worked for Nike for over a decade in various geographies, including the Asia Pacific rim, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), North America, and the Corporate Headquarters, in finance and strategic planning. Additionally, Dr. Gui served as a consultant and as an interim CFO in a global logistic firm

Prior to her tenure at Nike, Dr. Gui worked at Morley Capital Management as an assistant portfolio manager, and previously worked for the United Nations as an interpreter. She speaks English, Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Dutch, Spanish, and basic Japanese.

Mr. Andy Collen, R&D Relation,

Mr. Collen offers a wealth of real-world production knowledge in a wide variety of media and techniques. He has worked deeply rooted in marketing and promotion arenas. Andy believes in building strong, collaborative, lasting relationships with team members and clients through trust, respect, and communication. His works had received recognition from many awards, including Telly, Davey, Crystal Heart, Aurora, Golden Remi, W3, and PIXIE awards.

Ms. Jie Zhou, Executive Business Director - CHINA Region,

Ms. Zhou is currently working at a medical device development company. Prior to this, Ms. Zhou was the Key Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Co., Ltd from 2012 to 2018, managing the key customers in Beijing. She has extensive sales, account management, and marketing strategy experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumables goods.

Before she joined Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Zhou worked in large state-controlled companies such as Holley Pharmaceuticals & China Meheco Groupe Co.,Ltd., where she has proven marketing strategy and business management capabilities. In addition, Ms. Zhou is also capable of accounting and financials. Ms. Zhou graduated from Yunnan University with a bachelor's degree in accounting, bilingual in Chinese and English.

Ms. Jacy Xiaowei Fang, Public Relation Manager (Asia)

As the first generation to move from Taiwan to Portland, Ms. Fang has worked in various entities and has become a successful florist. Ms. Fang is an active community contributor and participant, especially in the Asian community. In her spare time, Ms. Fang enjoys yoga, hiking, and traveling.
